What information is being collected at this site?
The only personal information collected is that which you give us. This site offers the opportunity for you to sign up for an email newsletter or to volunteer to help with Bob Powers' campaign. We do not collect or maintain any personal information unless you provide us with your name, address, city, state, zip, and email address.
We ask that children under 18 do not submit their information. In accordance with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) this site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from children. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for email news or to volunteer for the campaign. We encourage parents to participate actively in their children’s Internet experience.
How is the information collected at this site used?
Under no circumstances will we sell your information to third parties or any commercial entities.
